2008 Street Rehabilitation Phase 2
Project Description:
Point repair and surface rehabilitation or full depth repair of the following streets:
Phase II Street Rehab areas:
Main St. - 21st St. to University Ave. (includes Water and Waste water reconstruction)
Ash St. – 18th St. to 15th St.
Mimosa St. – E 18th St. to E 16th St.
W 10th St – Railroad Ave to West St.
8th St. – Myrtle St. to College St.
Park Ln. – Clay St. to Central Dr.
Central Dr. – Park Ln. to Northwest Blvd.

Engineer: KPA Engineering Bid Date: 9-2-08
We will be receiving bids for this project 9-2-08. Pre-construction is set to begin November 4, 2008, construction will begin on November 10 (on Main Street), and a schedule will be posted soon.

Cynthia, there will be some new sidewalk installed and also some work on the existing sidewalks.

I live on S Main and 19th Streets. Are there plans for new sidewalks as well (similar to Austin Ave)? They are in very poor condition.
